Job Description / Responsibility
Implement software/application for different renowned Educational Institute across the country.
Provide software training and consultancy to the client.
Identify customer needs, Analyze customer requirements/problems and need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise solution to the customer for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform regular onsite or offshore support to the client.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Conducting service reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
Maintain related documents and report to the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
Graduation in any discipline Diploma completed candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in IT will get preference.
Job Requirements
Good interpersonal skill, strong and persuasive communication and presentation skill.
Energetic and able to work under pressure.
Moderate computer and software skills.
Should have excellent verbal and written command in English and Bengali.
Be mentally ready to tour across the country.
